Northlands Primary School secured the Bermuda School Sports Federation's Primary School Division 1 Netball tournament title with a dominant 7-0 victory over Bermuda High School (BHS) in the final at Bernard Park.
Xela Hall led the scoring for Northlands with four goals, while Honor White added three to complete the shutout victory.
The champions reached the final after a convincing 6-1 win over West Pembroke Primary School in the semi-finals. White starred with four goals, while Hall added two. Keziah Symonds-Smith scored the lone goal for West Pembroke.
BHS secured their place in the final with a 6-2 win over Somersfield Academy in the other semi-final. Jordyn Lewis and Annika Lutkin each netted three goals for BHS, while Davi Wade and Gabrielle Saunders scored for Somersfield.
In the first round of the knockout stages, West Pembroke defeated Harrington Sound Primary, while BHS needed extra time to overcome Warwick Academy 6-5 in a thrilling encounter.
Under-11 Action
The Bermuda Netball Association also hosted an Under-11 make-up match between Storm Lightning and Storm Thunder.
Storm Lightning's Honor White was named Best Attacker, Asia Burt was awarded Best Defender, and Tamirra Richardson claimed the MVP award. For Storm Thunder, Kimora Davy was named Best Attacker, Dayah Dill received the Best Defender award, and Gabriella Babon was named MVP.
