North Village Rams climbed to the summit of the Premier Division table with a 2-0 victory over league leaders Dandy Town Hornets in a top-of-the-table clash at Bernard's Park.
The first half remained goalless, with both teams battling for control in a tense encounter. However, the Rams broke the deadlock in the 66th minute when Jai Bean converted a penalty. They then doubled their lead just seven minutes later, with Jonte Smith finding the back of the net from a cross.
This crucial victory sees North Village Rams leapfrog Dandy Town Hornets to take top spot in the Premier Division. The Rams now have 22 points, while the Hornets remain on 20 points, although they do have a game in hand.

St. George's Colts continued their impressive run of form in the Premier Division with a resounding 4-1 victory over Young Men Social Club at the Wellington Oval.
The Colts took an early lead in the 13th minute through an own goal, but Young Men Social Club quickly responded, leveling the score just one minute later through Mical Hardtman.
However, St. George's regained their composure and took control of the match. Senoj Mitchell restored their lead in the 37th minute, and Blaiz Hall extended the advantage to 3-1 just before half-time with a well-taken goal.
Hall then added his second of the game early in the second half, securing a comfortable 4-1 lead for the Colts. They maintained their dominance throughout the remainder of the match, comfortably seeing out the victory.
