Bermudian swimmer Rhys Insley represented Canisius University in their 139-102 loss to Le Moyne at the Burt Flickinger Center in downtown Buffalo.
Insley competed in two individual events, putting in solid performances despite the overall team defeat.
In the Men's 50 Yard Freestyle, Insley touched the wall in 7th place with a time of 22.85 seconds. He then took on the challenging Men's 200 Yard Breaststroke, finishing in 7th place again with a time of 2:23.25.
While Canisius couldn't overcome a strong Le Moyne team, Insley's individual efforts demonstrated his commitment and contribution to the squad. His performances in both sprint and endurance events highlight his versatility as a swimmer.
Insley and his Canisius teammates will be looking to bounce back from this defeat and strive for victory in their upcoming meets. They will be aiming to build on their individual and collective strengths as they continue their season.
