Lightbourne-Furbert told www.islandstats.com, “This trip was a real eye opener, and I've learned a lot of things on this trip being that the level was much higher and more intense than in Bermuda.
The level of demands was higher, I had to be on time, and eat right. You have to play at a high tempo at all times, you couldn't slack off or be lazy.”
