Zydon Lightbourne-Furbert was selected out of thousands to participate in a tournament with IMG Academy.
This tournament determines scholarship opportunities for this school. In his first day of action Lightbourne-Furbert helped his team pick up a 4 - 2 victory, Lightbourne-Furbert did not score but using his speed and control assisted on three of his teams goals.
In his second match, Lightbourne-Furbert’s team went up against Syracuse and they went down 3 - 2. Unfortunately for Lightbourne-Furbert he took a knock that had him sidelined for a while during the match, however he did return to play well.
