Bermuda’s FIFA Assistant Referee Clinton Hayward is in the Dominican Republic officiating the Second Leg between Cibao FC and Cavalier FC of the 2024 Concacaf Caribbean Cup Final at the Estadio Cibao FC in Santiago de los Caballeros.
