Day 2 of the Swiss Open Lausanne Indoor Shoot witnessed Bermuda's archery aces return to the battlefield at the Indoor Archery World Series in Switzerland.
Juniors Jaydon Roberts and Robin Selley stepped into the arena, taking aim at the 18m distance with fiery determination. Selley pierced the target with precision, securing an impressive 8th place finish in the Recurve Under 21 Women's Division with a score of 535.
In the Recurve Under 21 Men's Division, Roberts unleashed his arrows with a vengeance, ultimately landing in 21st place with a respectable score of 503.
The Men's Recurve Men's Eliminations 1/6 Round saw Camerin Pickering engage in a nail-biting duel against Croatia's Alen Remar. The tension was palpable as both archers traded blows, their arrows finding their marks with incredible accuracy. In a heart-stopping finish, Remar emerged victorious with a score of 146, edging out Pickering's valiant 144, claiming the match 6-4. Despite the narrow defeat, Pickering's performance ignited the arena, leaving spectators on the edge of their seats.
