The Charity Cup will be decided between the defending Premier Division Champions PHC Zebras, and the FA Challenge Cup Champions St. George’s Colts at the Devonshire Recreation Club.

The PHC Zebras went ahead 1 – 0 in the 10th minute, Deandre Wainwright grab a goal on his debut for PHC beating the St. George’s Colts goalkeeper Jahquil Hill to his left from just inside the box.
Nine minutes later it was 2 – 0, Jaheim Iris won the ball and unleashed a right footed shot from the edge of the box that beat Hill to his left.
The PHC Zebras would make it 3 – 0 in the 33rd minute when Kadeem Abraham scored with a right footed shot from a corner, and then on the stroke of half time Abraham would make it 4 – 0 when he finished up from close range after a shot was blocked on the goalline.
The PHC Zebras picked up where they left off in the first minute as Wainwright scored his second goal of the game in the 64th minute beating hill to his right from just inside the box.
In the 88th minute Enrique Russell put the PHC Zebras ahead 6 – 0, with a right footed shot to Hill’s left.
