Yushae DeSilva Andrade has qualified for a Medal spot as she was back in action at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.
DeSilva Andrade took on Hirumi Endo from Japan, in her second match in Boccia, with DeSilva Andrade going down 5 – 1 victory in their Preliminary Round Pool C match.
Despite the defeat DeSilva-Andrade qualified for the Quarter-Finals.
In her Quarter-Final match, DeSilva Andrade defeated Qi Zhang from China, 4 – 2.
DeSilva Andrade will now play for a spot in the Gold medal match against Aurelie Aubert from France.
