The 2024 ITF/COTECC Under 12 Team Competition continued in the Dominican Republic, it was a good day for the Bermuda teams.
The Bermuda Girls picked up their first win defeating the Dominican Republic Two team 3 – 0.
Ariann Parra got Bermuda on the board winning her match 6-3. 6-2. Lee Terceira would then double the Bermuda lead winning her match 62, 6-1. Ella Matchimabel, and Parra would take to the Doubles and they came out winners 6-2, 6-0.
The Bermuda Boys picked up their second win of the tournament after defeating the Dominican Republic Two team 3 – 0.
Manuel Maldonado gave Bermuda the lead winning his match 6-0, he was up 2-0 when his opponent retired. Oliver Anderson doubled the Bermuda lead winning his match 6-0, 6-0. Anderson and Theodore Tolaramm would win the Doubles match 6-1, 6-4 to claim the win.
