 Bermuda’s Olympic Triathletes have found out their allocated numbers for the Paris Games.
The race number allocation draw for the Paris 2024 Olympic Triathlon took place on Monday, June 24th, streamed live on TriathlonLIVE.tv. This draw assigned transition spots to the 42 National Federations with qualified athletes for the Olympic Games.
Tyler Smith will wear number 14 during the Men’s Race, and Erica Hawley and Dame Flora Duffy will wear 44 and 45 in the Women’s race.
Dame Duffy and Kristian Blummenfelt are the only triathletes to win an Olympic Gold and World Title in the same year - both in the same year: 2021.
Paris 2024 will be Dame Duffy’s fifth Olympic Games, equaling Nicola Spirig’s record of appearances (2004-2020).
