The International One Design World Championships were called off in Norway due to High Winds where Kelsey Durham, Patrick Cooper and their crews are flying the Bermuda Flag.
Yesterday www.islandstats.com reported after two races sailed on the day, to take the series to 5, Durham and his crew found themselves in 4th place with 39 points, whoever it was ruled later during a protest, that Durham was ruled, DNE – he and his crew were Disqualification (other than DGM) not excludable under rule 90.3(b) in race five so instead of finishing 9th in the race they were given a 21 point penalty and they find themselves in 10th place with 51 points, while Cooper remains in 13th place with 57 points.
