Sebastian Kempe reflected on the French Olympic Week which served as the Last Chance Regatta in France.
Kempe posted on social media, “This past week in Hyeres was the conclusion of Olympic qualification events. Unfortunately, Bermuda has not qualified for the Olympics in Paris 2024.
This last year and a half that I have been in the ILCA 7 has been a baptism by fire. However, I am proud of the progress that I have made despite my struggles with time on the water due to school as well as my size.
I want to thank my mother and my father for the sacrifices that they make every day to see me on the water doing what I love.
