Bermuda would win more Medals on Day Two during the CARIFTA Swimming Age Group Championships at the Betty Kelly Kenning Aquatic Center in the Bahamas.
Madelyn Moore picked up her second Gold Medal of the Games touching the wall in a time of 27.47 winning the Girls 18 & Over 50m Butterfly, while Logan Watson-Brown won the Girls 18 & Over 100m Backstroke Gold Medal clocking a time of 1:03.86.
Conor Hupman won the Silver Medal during the 13-14 Boys 200m Freestyle Final clocking 2:00.96, while Katherine Wheddon won the 13-14 Girls 200m Freestyle Silver Medal clocking 2:14.63. Hupman would win his second Silver Medal of the night clocking a time of 1:02.92 during the 13-14 Boy’s 100m Backstroke. Elijah Daley won the 15-17 Boy’s 100m Backstroke Silver Medal clocking a time of 1:00.18.
Daley won the 15-17 Boy’s 50m Butterfly Bronze Medal clocking 25.45, Marleigh Howes won the Bronze Medal competing in the Girls 15 & Over 200m Freestyle clocking a time of 2:11.44, Bella Howes was 5th in 2:13.80. During the 11-12 Boy’s 100m Backstroke, Rory Shepard clocked a Bronze Medal time of 1:10.96, while Dominic Wright finished 7th clocking 1:16.39.
