The Bermuda Amateur Swimming Association hosted the BASA Short Course Series #1 at the BASA Pool. Adriana Argent won the Women’s 15 & Over 50 Short Course Meter Backstroke touching the wall in a time of 39.02, while Elijah Daley clocked a time of 29.47 on his way to winning the Men’s 15 & Over 50 Short Course Meter Breaststroke.
Scarlett Spurling won the 11-12 Girls 200 Short Course Meter Breaststroke clocking a time of 3:17.29, Gryffyn Benevides was second in 4:05.76, and Isla Smith was third with a time of 4:13.63.
Jens Drea won the 11-12 Boy’s 100 Short Course Meter Freestyle clocking a time of 1:17.64, Rohan Roopra was second stopping the clock at 1:18.13, and Jacob Leclerc was third clocking a time of 1:18.59.
