Bermuda kicked off their first match of the Under 17 World Cup Qualifying Tournament in Kingston, Jamaica against the host. The Match kicked off at 9:00pm Bermuda Time

After 15 minutes the host went in front, a bad goal kick went straight to the Jamaica striker Jaheel Hyde who made no mistake. Ten minutes later Hyde doubled the host lead as the Jamaica Under 17 team was looking to take control of the match.
Bermuda was forced to make a substitution in the 40th minute after Shane Simmons sustained an ankle injury, he was replaced by David Jones Jr.
Jamaica went up 3 – 0 in the 51st minute when Junior Flemmings found the back of the net, nine minutes later Hyde completed his hat-trick to extend the Jamaica lead to 4 – 0. In the 70th minute, Michael Seaton found the back of the net for Jamaica to increase their lead to 5 – 0.
