Day Three of the XXVI CARIFTA SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS got underway in Barbados, with Bermuda’s swimmers in action.
Vanessa Esposito finished 7th in the 11-12 Girls 200 Meter IM Final with a time of 2:51.74, while Mitchell Gariepy finished 11th in the 11-12 Boy’s 200 Meter IM.
Michelle Caza finished 15th in the 13-14 Girls 200 Meter IM, while Conor Mullen’s time of 2:23.37 saw him finish 16th in the 15-17 Boy’s 200 Meter IM.
Gariepy finished 7th in the 11-12 Boy’s 50m Breaststroke with a time of 38.66, while Caza finished 9th in the 13-14 Girls 50m Breaststroke with a time of 38.68.
Rachael Petty finished 15th in the 15-17 Girls 50m Breaststroke with a time of 39.96, while Jesse Washington finished 4th in the 11-12 Boy’s 100m Freestyle Final with a time of 1:02.17.
During the 13-14 Girls 100m Freestyle Molly Pilgrim finished 15th with a time of 1:05.81, while Sophie Froud finished 19th with a time of 1:07.00.
Ashley Yearwood finished 7th in the 15-17 girls 100m Freestyle Final clocking a time of 1:01.16. Nicholas Patterson finished 7th in the 15-17 Boy’s 200m Butterfly Final with a time of 2:17.08.
