Devwah Whaley’s Arkansas Head Coach Chad Morris released the depth chart for their season opener against Eastern Illinois.
During Morris’ weekly press conference, he announced sophomore Cole Kelley will be the starting quarterback against the Panthers, while Whaley will start at the Running Back position.
