Ty Hurdle’s Queens University of Charlotte Men's Volleyball teammates swept crosstown rival Belmont Abbey College 3-0 (25-21, 25-18, 25-22) on Wednesday night inside the Wheeler Center to run its current winning streak to three matches.
Queens avenged an early-season loss to Belmont Abbey but hitting .338 on offense, the team's second-best hitting performance of the year. Queens also tallied six service aces in the match, including three from Tristan Santoyo, and capitalized on 15 errors at the service line by Belmont Abbey.
