The league leaders currently sit atop the division standings with 28 points, holding a significant cushion over their nearest rivals, Alexandra Mosher, who occupy second place with 19 points. Hamilton Princess remain firmly in the hunt for a podium finish, trailing just one point behind in third with 18.
The individual leaderboards are currently being redefined by the exceptional form of Louis Sujir. Representing the table-topping Positive Image Dental, Sujir has emerged as the league's most potent offensive threat, leading three major statistical categories. He currently tops the points standings with a remarkable tally of 37, well clear of Shane Matchett of ACT and Mathew Benson of Hamilton Princess, who are tied for second with 26 points apiece.
Sujir's dominance is further highlighted in the race for the Golden Stick. He leads the goalscoring charts with 18 goals, narrowly ahead of Hamilton Princess standout JM Tremblay, who has found the back of the net 17 times. Dallas Montgomery of CG and Mathew Benson round out the top tier of finishers, both currently sitting on 12 goals for the campaign.
The playmaking department also features Sujir at the summit, where he has recorded 19 assists to date. His vision on the rink is being challenged by Shane Matchett and Ronnie Dzurus, both of whom have provided 15 assists for their respective teams. This distribution from the top has been vital in maintaining the high-scoring nature of the winter league fixtures.
Between the pipes, the battle for goalkeeping supremacy is a tightly contested affair. Derrick Holmes of CG currently leads the league with an impressive 3.21 goals-against average, proving to be a formidable barrier for opposing attackers. He is closely followed by Jason Riggnas of ACT, who maintains a 3.50 average, while Dave MacPhee of Alexandra Mosher holds the third spot among the league's elite netminders with a 3.91 average.
