The Continental Bowling League wrapped up Week Nine of the season, featuring several dominant victories and a crucial bye week as the top teams continued to vie for supremacy on the Warwick Lanes.
  League leaders Nifty Rollers showed why they sit atop the standings, delivering a commanding victory over eighth-placed New Hope with a final score of 18–9. The win ensures the Nifty Rollers maintain their solid grip on first place as the season heads toward its halfway mark.
  The most notable action saw fourth-placed Odd Balls secure a statement win by defeating third-placed rivals Under Dawgs with an emphatic score of 23–4. The result tightens the race for the upper echelon of the league standings, boosting the Odd Balls' position.
  In another high-scoring affair, second-placed Astronauts comfortably swam past ninth-placed Sunset, recording a dominant 22–5 victory to keep the pressure firmly on the Nifty Rollers.
  Meanwhile, sixth-placed Cubs delivered the biggest victory margin of the week, crushing fifth-placed Spicenix with a final tally of 25–2. The decisive win allows the Cubs to gain ground in the mid-table standings.
  Seventh-placed Invaders had a bye week and will return to action next week, refreshed and ready to challenge the league hierarchy.
