Week 5 of the 2025/26 Continental Bowling League season delivered a major shake-up at the top of the table, as the second-placed Astronauts defeated the league leaders, Nifty Rollers, in a crucial clash.
The Astronauts secured a decisive 17-10 victory over the formerly top-ranked Nifty Rollers, a result that puts immediate pressure on the league standings heading into the next round of fixtures.

The sixth-placed Odd Balls routed ninth-placed Sunset with a score of 21-6.
Eighth-placed Cubs caused an upset by defeating fifth-placed The Invaders 18-9. The Invaders’ loss sees them drop valuable points as the top of the table begins to pull away.
The match between third-placed Spicenix and fourth-placed Under Dawgs was postponed. Seventh-placed New Hope received the bye this week.
The results ensure that the race for the Continental League title remains highly competitive, with the Astronauts now making a strong push for the top spot.
