Bermuda's beach volleyball pair of Kyle Hamilton and Sean Tucker have started their NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour campaign with a defeat, falling in straight sets to Venezuela in San Salvador, El Salvador.
Competing in Pool D, the Bermudian duo went up against Juliangel Zaid Vargas and Enyenser Alfonso Delgado Bravo. Despite a spirited effort, Hamilton and Tucker were unable to overcome the Venezuelan team, going down 21-11, 21-16 in a match that lasted 33 minutes.
The loss marks the first of the tournament for the Bermuda pair, who will be looking to bounce back in their remaining pool-play matches.
