In other matches, the Nifty Rollers defeated the Under Dawgs with a convincing 18.5-8.5 victory, and the Astronauts also secured a decisive win, defeating the Cubs 19.5-7.5.
The Spicenix rounded out the winners, defeating the Odd Balls 17-6. The results from Week One suggest that several teams are coming into the new season in excellent form and set the stage for a competitive season ahead.
