The Second Spring Senior Bowling League season has officially gotten underway at the Warwick Lanes, with a mix of dominant victories and a tightly contested draw on the opening night.
In a strong start to their campaign, the Drifters secured a convincing 4-0 victory over the Last Pin. Similarly, the Pinsplitters defeated the Islanders with a clean sweep, also winning 4-0. The Blue Angels had a difficult start to their season, going down 4-0 to Just Kickin'.
The most balanced match of the evening was the clash between the New Comers and Star Lites, which ended in a 2-2 draw, setting the stage for what promises to be a competitive season ahead. The results from the opening night provide an early look at the teams to watch in the league.
