Elsewhere, third-placed Cubs enjoyed a dominant performance against fifth-placed Spicenix, cruising to a 20-7 victory. The win strengthens the Cubs' position in the top four.
Team Astronauts, currently in fourth, also enjoyed a comfortable outing, dispatching ninth-placed The Invaders 24-3. Meanwhile, seventh-placed New Hope recorded an emphatic 24-3 win over sixth-placed Odd Balls.
Eighth-placed Sunset had a bye week. With several teams in strong form, the Continental Bowling League is heading towards an exciting climax.
