Elsewhere, seventh-placed New Hope edged out ninth-placed The Invaders 17-10, while second-placed Nifty Rollers defeated sixth-placed Odd Balls 19-8. Third-placed Cubs had a bye this week.
With the season progressing, the battle for playoff positions is intensifying. Under Dawgs remains the team to beat, but the chasing pack will be looking to close the gap in the coming weeks.
