The Second Spring Senior Bowling League roared back into action at Warwick Lanes with the league leaders, Drifters, continuing their impressive form.
In a clash of the top teams, Drifters delivered a resounding 4-0 victory over third-placed Last Pin's, further solidifying their position at the summit of the league table.
Elsewhere, seventh-placed Pinsplitters caused an upset, defeating fourth-placed Star Lites 4-0. This result will provide a much-needed boost to Pinsplitters as they seek to climb the standings.
In another exciting encounter, the second-placed Blue Angels edged out sixth-placed Islanders 3-1. This victory keeps the Blue Angels firmly in contention for the league title.
Fifth-placed New Comers had a bye week, giving them a chance to regroup and prepare for their upcoming matches.
With the second half of the season underway, the battle for the championship is heating up. The Drifters will be looking to maintain their dominance, while the chasing pack will be aiming to close the gap and challenge for top spot.
