Blake Montgomery and his London Knights teammates secured a 5-3 win against the Sarnia Sting at Canada Life Place in Ontario Hockey League action.
Sarnia took an early lead in the first period with a goal from Zach Filak. Easton Cowan responded for the Knights, netting his 11th goal of the season to tie the game at 1-1.
Sarnia regained the lead in the second period with a goal by Beckham Edwards. Cowan answered once again for London, scoring his 12th of the season to even the score at 2-2. William Nicholl then gave the Knights their first lead of the game with his seventh goal of the season.
London extended their advantage to 4-2 early in the third period with a goal from Jacob Julien. Sarnia narrowed the deficit to one goal with Zach Filak's seventh of the season, but Julien sealed the victory for the Knights with his second goal of the game, bringing the final score to 5-3.
