The Bermuda Volleyball Association announced the Men’s National Team Program sent a team to compete in the 2024 ECVA Senior Men’s Championships.
The team traveled to Antigua, led by Head Coach Mike Smith and Assistant Coaches Chad Stoddard, and Robert Saraiva .
Ten teams have confirmed their participation for the upcoming ECVA Men’s Volleyball Championships to be held at the YMCA Volleyball Complex.
Bermuda have been drawn in Pool A along with Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, British Virgin Islands, and Sint Eustatius.
The Bermuda Men’s team began with a match against Grenada, falling 3 - 1.
Bermuda won the first set 25-19, Grenada would win the second set 25-22. Grenada would take a 2 - 1 lead after winning the third set 25-20, and then they closed it out winning 26-24.
