As the international Beach Volleyball 2024 calendar continues, the Bermuda Volleyball Association (BVA) announced its participation in the Fifth & Sixth Stage of the 2024 NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour Stops.
The first event, being a senior competition, takes place in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, followed by a Under 23 tour stop from October 7th - 9th, 2024, also hosted in Punta Cana.
The first event features the Men’s pairing of Benjamin Barnett and Sean Tucker.
Bermuda are in Pool A with the number 1 seeds from Dominican Republic, and the number 8 seeds, Cayman Islands. On Day One Bermuda finished 0 & 2, they would fall 21-14, 21-7 to Hayerling Francisco De Jesus and Rolvin Maldonado from the Dominican Republic.
Barnett and Tucker would then fall 2-1 to Jesario Ebanks and Stephen Watson from Cayman Islands 17-21, 21-14, 15-8.
