The 2024 Eastern Caribbean Volleyball Association (ECVA) Under 21 Beach Volleyball Championships, in St. Kitts & Nevis concluded.
Bermuda’s Under 21 Women’s team of Isabella Sousa, and Hailey Trott won the Bronze Medal.
In their Semi-Final match, Sousa, and Trott went down 2 – 1 to Kurtrice Jules, and Marie-Therese St. Clair from St. Lucia.
Jules and St. Clair won the first game 21-17, but Sousa, and Trott leveled the match at 1 – 1 when they won the second game 21-10. Jules and St. Clair won the tie-breaker 15-8.
Sousa, and Trott were due to take on Jaya Carr, and Jassania Joseph from Antigua and Barbuda in the Bronze Medal match, but an injury prevented the team from Antigua and Barbuda to take to the court.
Bermuda’s Under 21 Men’s team of Riley Morbey, and Marcus Rodrigues had just one match on the final day.
Morbey, and Rodrigues went down to Jedediah Pencheon, and Komarr Fraites from St. Vincent and the Grenadines 2 – 0, 21-14, 21-16.
