Ty Hurdle and his Queens Men's Volleyball teammates made history by defeating their first-ever MIVA conference match by a score of 3-2 (25-21, 25-20, 22-25, 22-25, 15-8) against Quincy.
Hitting over a .300 in all five sets, Queens jumped out into MIVA play with a bang — swiping the first two sets by scores of 25-21 and 25-20. Notably, Queens finished the second set with a hitting percentage of .448 with 17 kills on 29 attempts and four errors.
