A total of 28 teams will be competing in the Under 23 Tournament as part of the 2023 NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour, which kicked off at Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic.
Two days after the other Bermuda Volleyball players concluded in El Salvador, Bermuda pair Braedon Cooke and Connor Somerville began competing in Dominican Republic.
Cooke and Somerville went down in their opening match to Zendai Richards and Clerique Ward from St. Kitt’s and Nevis 21-6, 21-13, they then went down to Noslen Diaz and Jorge Alayo from Cuba 21-6, 21-11.
