Muskegon Lumberjacks 3 Manitoba Moose 2
In the opener the Muskegon Lumberjacks edged the Manitoba Moose 3 – 2. The Muskegon Lumberjacks got single strikes from Jeremy Estey, Hugh Vickers and Steve Jean, while the Manitoba Moose got goals off the sticks of Andrew Bonner and Paul Debarros.
Lone Star Brahmas 4 San Francisco Spiders 1
In the nightcap the Lone Star Brahmas defeated the San Francisco Spiders 4 – 1. Matthew Benson scored 2 goals to lead the Lone Star Brahmas to victory, Chris Cairns and Chad Cundliffe added a goal each, while the San Francisco Spiders lone goal came from JM Tremblay.
