Action in the Bermuda Ball Hockey Winter league season resumed at the PCC Hockey Rink, with 21 goals scored in a double-header.
Alexandra Mosher 3 Hamilton Princess 6
In the opener, Hamilton Princess defeated Alexandra Mosher 6 – 3, all nine goals were scored in the First Period.
The Hamilton Princess got hat-tricks from Matthew Benson, and Michael Travis, while Alexandra Mosher got two goals from Andrew Leavy, and a single strike from Dustin Luck.
Spine and Sport 8 Liberty Mutual 4
In the nightcap, Spine, and Sport scored five times in the Third Period to defeat Liberty Mutual 8 – 4.
Jermy Estey scored twice for Spine and Sport in the First Period as they took a 2 – 1 lead to the break, while Liberty Mutual got a goal from Adam Fenos.
In the Second Period, Liberty Mutual would get a second goal from Fenos, and a strike from Jon Talbot, while Estey scored his third goal of the game, as the teams were deadlocked at 3 – 3 with one Period to play.
Estey would score twice in the Third Period to take his tally to five for the game, Kris Abramowski also scored twice and Carl Vincent scored once all for Spine and Sport, while Fenos completed his hat-trick with a goal for Liberty Mutual.
