Maha Clarke and her Queens University of Charlotte Field Hockey teammates suffered their first home loss of the year, falling 3-0 to Limestone College.
Though Limestone took 11 shots in the first half, they would only find the back of the net once and it would come late in the period. Cameron Felch would be the one to poke the ball in the goal in the 35th minute to give the Limestone a 1-0 lead heading into the break.
Limestone then extended their lead to two in the second half with a goal from Jette Dieckmann in the 44th minute. Myrlin De Graaf followed with the final Limestone goal in the 50th.
Queens was outshot 16-7, putting two shots on goal. Mazvita Mtisi and Kayleigh Lawrence logged Queens two shots on goal. Miranda Childers completed her time in the cage with six saves.
