Maha Clarke and her Queens University of Charlotte Field Hockey teammates played the first of two games on the road in Millersville, Pa., taking on Millersville University.
Maha and her teammates fell 2-0 to Millersville University, ranked third in the nation. Queens now sits at 4-5 on the year, while Millersville improves to 10-2.
Millersville University found a goal in the 13th minute from Erica Tarsi in the opening half, and they would hold the 1-0 lead into the halftime break. Tarsi then put another goal on the board in the 54th to give Millersville a 2-0 lead that they would hold onto until the final horn sounded.
Goalkeeper Miranda Childers totaled five saves in the loss after facing 18 shots, seven on goal.
