Brynley Toms and his Bedwas went down 27 – 21 to RGC 1404 at the Parc Erias, Colwyn Bay Ground in Principality Premiership Rugby action.
Nathan Hudd gave Bedwas the lead in the 7th minute and Steffan Jones kicked the Conversion to make it 7 – 0, but in the 19th minute the scores were level when Afon Bagshaw scored a Try and Jacob Botica kicked the Conversion for RGC 1404.
In the 40th minute Bedwas was back in front when Alun Rees went over for the Try and Jones kicked the Conversion making it 14 – 7, but five minutes later the score was level again, Rhys Williams scored the Try and Botica kicked the Conversion.
In the 55th and 60th minutes Botica would kick Penalties to give RGC 1404 a 20 – 14 lead, which was extended to 25 – 14 in the 67th minute when Williams went over for a second time and when Botica kicked the Conversion it moved the score to 27 – 14.
Adam Williams would go over for Bedwas in the 71st minute and when Jones connected with the Conversion it made the score 27 – 21, but Bedwas could not find the Try and Conversion to draw level.
