Its fourth place in the table versus third this week as Brynley Toms and his Bedwas teammates welcome Rygbi Gogledd Cymru 1404 to the Bridgefield for what will the first time the sides have played each other. Kick off is at 1-00pm this week due to the Wales v South Africa game later in the afternoon.
Ahead of the game Steve Law commented “RGC are a balanced team, they are in third position in the table for a reason so I am expecting a hard game”
Connor Edwards returns to the outside center spot having missed last week’s game at Bargoed with Phillip Pariyo taking over from Pat Lewis on the left wing. Nicky Griffiths partners Luke Crane in the half backs and also takes over the captain’s armband.
Up front Robson Blake moves from Number 8 to lock to partner Joe Davies with Andrew Waite starting at 8. Elliot Dee starts at hooker with Alun Rees moving to the bench.
The replacements bench sees a new signing in the shape of prop forward Ken Dowding formerly of Bath, London Irish, Ospreys and the British Army, Toms and there is a recall for Garyn Payne.
