Hawley Concludes Training Camp in Arizona

Erica Hawley has come to the end of a 10 day ORIGIN Performance Training Systems Camp in Oro Valley, Arizona.

Hawley spent time training with USA Olympian Triathlete Sarah True.

The ORIGIN Performance Elite Squad is designed and developed by Coach Ian O'Brien, with a focused mission of providing a progressive, detailed and professionally executed Elite Level Training environment that leads to world class performance.

Hawley, who has been competing in triathlons since she was 8 years old, first gained local and international recognition in 2014 when she represented Bermuda at the Youth Olympic Games in China.

In September of 2016 Hawley competing in her first USA Triathlon Draft Legal Collegiate Mountain Region Sprint Triathlon just outside Boulder as a University student emerged victorious.

Hawley a student at the University of Boulder also helped them win the overall team trophy as well.

Hawley finished 8th overall with a time of 1:06.25.

Hawley clocked a Swimming time of 10:54, she then clocked 33:38 on the Bike Course, before closing out with a time of 20:25 on the Run Course.

In late 2016, Hawley stormed to victory at the Pumpkinman 2016 Triathlon, on Nevada's Toughest Triathlon Bike Course.

Hawley competing in the Collegiate Olympic Female 19 and Under Age Group crossed the line first stopping the clock in a time of 2:39.13.
