The 20th-ranked St. Lawrence University Men's Squash team battled hard, but ultimately dropped their first match of the season 6 - 3 to Taylor Carrick and his 12th-ranked Western Men’s Squash teammates at the Robie Squash Center.
Carrick took on Sebastian De La Vega in the number four spot, Carrick would fall in five games.
Carrick won the first game 12-10, Carrick would go up 2 – 0 when he won game two 11-7, De La Vega would pull a game back winning the third game 12-10, De La Vega would then level the match at 2 – 2 when he won the fourth game 11-5, De La Vega completed the comeback winning game five 11-5.
