Ayleal Dill, Seke Spence, and their Ilkeston Town’s teammates played their 3rd game off the back of football resuming played another friendly against Awsworth Villa Football Club where they won 3 – 1.
Dill scored the first goal through a penalty which he was brought down in the box, the match was halted for 20 minutes with an injury stoppage where Dill and his Captain Jamie Willow went up for a header, and heads collided causing Willow to be taken away by ambulance.
Once the game resumed Dill would double the score from close range. The third goal for Ilkeston was scored from a header by Martin Thomas.
Awsworth scored their only goal from some scrappy defending inside the box.
