Following a night of celebrating with his teammates Djair Parfitt-Williams reflected on the Barclays Under 21 Premier League Cup trophy penalty shootout win over Hull City that would have finished at 5:40 yesterday afternoon Bermuda time.
Parfitt-Williams shared the Golden Boot with Greg Olley from Hull both finished as the joint top scorers with five throughout this year's competition.
Parfitt-Williams said to www.islandstats.com, “It feels good to have accomplished that (winning the scoring title) as it shows my consistency.”
Also looking at the overall season that began with Parfitt Williams becoming the first ever Bermudian born player to play in the Europa League when he played in the Qualifiers looked back on his season saying, “It has been a good season for me personally and an unbelievable season for the club overall.”
“I have improved over the year and I know I still have a ways to go,” continued Parfitt Williams as he looked back on his performances.
