Zeiko Lewis and his Boston College Men's Soccer teammates advanced to its second Elite Eight in program history after topping second-ranked Georgetown in Kicks from the Penalty Mark at Shaw Field.
Freshman Trevor Davock gave Boston College a 1-0 lead in the 19th minute, but Georgetown equalized through Keegan Rosenberry in the 60th. Neither team found the goal in the final 30 minutes of regulation or through two 10-minute overtime periods, so the teams advanced to the kicks.
Boston College was a perfect 5-for-5 in kicks from the spot, capped by Len Zeugner's winning attempt in Round 5. Georgetown went 4-for-5 with Rosenberry sending his kick high to start the third round.
