Kane Crichlow and his Watford Under-23 teammates four-game unbeaten run came to an end despite a positive display away at high-flying Coventry City in the PL Professional Development League.
Derek Agyakwa and Tiago Cukur scored to give Watford the lead in either half against Coventry City, but three goals in the last 20 minutes saw the hosts take the spoils 4-2.
Under-23s Lead Coach Omer Riza said, “For huge parts of the game we were good. At the back, George Langston and Derek Agyakwa were very good, tidied everything up, Jack Burchell] and Crichlow]played well and up front we had threats."
