With the Bermuda Women’s Senior National team selected and heading to Jamaica for the CONCACAF Women's Championship Caribbean Final Round Qualification, we take a look at Kennesha Nannette.
Nannette attends the University of South Wales and currently plays for first team BUCS (British Universities & Colleges Sport) league at the University Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Nannette also on the weekends plays for Cardiff Met Women’s Football Club on both the 1st team and Development squad.
Nannette was a part of the Cardiff Met Women’s Football Club team that won the Welsh Premier League title and qualified for Champions’ League Group Stages.
Nannette was also part of the Development team that won the League and the Challenge Cup.
Nannette has trained and played for a Welsh University team against Scotland in friendly in preparation for a future tournament.
Recently Nannette travelled to Ukraine with Cardiff Met WFC for the Champions’ League Group Stages.
Nannette and her teammates went down 3 – 2 to Olimpia Cluj a Romanian team, they went down 5-2 to Kharkiv from Ukrainian and the drew 2-2 with Birkirkara, finishing 3rd in the Group.
