CONCACAF conducted the draw for the 2018 CONCACAF Under-17 Women’s Championship Nicaragua at the CONCACAF headquarters.
Tournament host Nicaragua was seeded into Group A, and will face Mexico, Puerto Rico and Haiti. Group B seed and defending champion United States, was joined by Costa Rica, Canada and Bermuda.
Managua’s Estadio Nacional is the venue for the sixteen-match competition, which will be played from April 19th-29th, 2018, and qualify three teams to FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Uruguay 2018.
The last CONCACAF Women’s Under-17 Championship was played in 2016. The United States captured its record-extending third title by topping Mexico, 2-1, in the final.
