It was FIVE DAYS ago that www.islandstats.com reported that Nathan Trott was selected to represent the England Under 20 team in November.
The team were back at work on Tuesday morning at a damp St. George’s Park as they prepare to face Germany and Brazil.
Gareth Southgate’s squad met up at the National Football Centre in Burton on Monday, ahead of their Wembley double-header
Today www.islandstats.com can report that Trott has withdrawn from the team due to injury.
After a recent string of games Trott felt some pain in his right shoulder.
A visit to the West Ham United Physio was needed to assess the injury and after a few days Trott was advised to take a few days off.
Trott was advised by the West Ham United physio over the weekend in conjunction with the England FA not to participate in the England Under 20 double header.
