Bermuda Under 17 Boy’s National Team led by captain Malachi Henry got their 2022 CONCACAF Men’s Under-17 Qualifiers underway in Florida taking on the British Virgin Islands.
Bermuda Starting Line-Up: - Nathaniel Swan, Jutorre Burgess, Luke Fulton, Malachi Henry, Kaej Stovell, Jaidyn Robinson, Jannis Roberts, Chance Eve, Daion Swan-DeSilva, Hayden Dill, Xahvi DeRosa
On a rain-soaked afternoon, Bermuda got off to a good start in the tournament picking up a 4 – 0 win.
Jannis Roberts gave Bermuda the lead when he converted from the penalty spot. Hayden Dill doubled the lead when he was put through by Xahvi DeRoda.
Jaidyn Robinson would make it 3 – 0 to Bermuda when he scored a screamer from outside the box, and then Chance Eve rounded out the scoring by making it 4 – 0.
